Fistula Treatment

An anal fistula, also known as Bhagandar or Fistula in ano, is a narrow passage that forms between the lower part of the intestine and the surrounding skin near the anus. It commonly occurs as a consequence of a past or ongoing anal abscess. The fistula consists of a pathway with two entrances - an internal opening that connects to the rectum or anal canal, and an external opening that extends through the skin of the buttocks.

Pilonidal Treatment

A Pilonidal sinus, also known as a Pilonidal cyst, Pilonidal abscess, or Sacrococcygeal fistula, is a small sac or tunnel that forms in the skin. It typically occurs at the top of the buttocks, over the tailbone, in the crease between the buttocks. The cyst is usually filled with hair and skin debris, and multiple cysts may develop, connected by tunnels beneath the skin.
